Freaking hell I am so impressed! I ordered some Peter Murphy vinyls and a hardback book to South Africa, and Cadiz were so very helpful & kind arranging a courier to ensure everything arrived. They helped with all the customs paperwork and everything arrived perfectly packaged with no problems :)
I also pre-ordered a couple of items that were delayed, but as soon as they were available, Cadiz fulfilled the order – I didn't need to chase it up even though several months had passed. I'm so very impressed & would highly rate this amazing record store. Thank you team!

Suite à ma commande reference CM10341 du CD de The Loveless "Wild in the street ", j'ai du payer à la livraison la somme de 10 euros couvrant des taxes supplémentaires non annoncées sur le site Vive le shop / Cadiz Merch.Le cd était vendu 10 livres, taxe de 1.67 livre inclue.Les frais de livraison étaient de 10 livres. Nulle part n'était precisée une taxe supplémentaire.

For customers in Germany are purchases in the UK on back of customs after Brexit a pain. Especially an experienced company like you know how to handle this mess to avoid to be a national only player.
The competiton has found ways to solve this problem...
If you want to sell items outside UK, I definitively believe your artists are looking for an international approach, then you must find ways to sell your products outside UK competitively.
