Do not delay, do it as soon as you can because unless it is digitized, the quality of the recording degrades over time on tapes, and CDs wear out too. Quick reliable service. Another company I used were unable to transfer 10 of the tapes that I sent in. I sent those tapes in to Lotus and they were able to transfer all of them. Great quality videos were delivered via email within 10 days. The other company took over 6 months and could only do 1/2 of my order. I am sending in 9 more tapes this week. will not hesitate to use them again.
