"DO NOT USE"

That's strange, I have recent dealings with them.. They also have location in Halifax.. But with the same kind of Skullduggers.
I was living in a property 400 miles up in Blackburn Borough, the property was infested with Black Mould and damp for 18 months I couldn't even cook a daily meal because all the kitchen cupboards were infected wifh Black Mould as well as the bathroom. I got in contact with their housing dept.
They requested photo I'd as well as me giving access to my phone records.. I refused signing over access to the phone records telling them to access my phone correspondence using the freedom of information act. Since Jan 2024 they did next to nothing (Mohamned Abbas trainee solicitor masquerading as a proper lawyer, as well as 'the manager of the dept' ) who then passed my case to another of his friends.. Then they sent another one of their friends(Akeel Aziz)from a dubious company located in Birmingham(Hamilton Consultancy) to do the surveying of the property.
The surveying took place at the same time as the inspection from my landlords. During which my landlords surveyors did all the work whilst Akeel Aziz stood behind and took photos of the other guy doing the work and then proceeded to present as His Findings, in his findings he stated that I SHOULDN'T BE moved out of the Black mould.. Bearing in mind that this impotent fool was supposed to be representing me.. I then questioned this to the Progress Law firm but as usual certain of these demographic lie worse than a five year old, Mohamned Abbas on numerous occasions stating that the surveyor is independent but yet in the same breath always telling me how his friend is 'a qualified expert and I'm not'.
Due to my stoic nature, I got my move out of the property without their help (400 miles back to London).
Today I saw an email from them saying that they were going to stop acting on my behalf saying more lies such as I hardly provided supporting evidence when the real truth is that I asked the law firm not to relegate my case to trainee lawyers also that the surveyor (Akeel Aziz) happened to be a one man outfit pretending to be a company with numerous employees now because I gave the surveyor a negative review, his religious friends from the law firm collude to strike me off similar to the Doctors Darwen Healthlink (yes the same demographic) struck me off for requesting a letter to help me better living conditions.
In my life experience the so called qualified professionals/experts from this demographic always have a mindset that because they study for five years, that they are experts with a God complex but never a modicum of common sense.. In this day and age anyone can take an computer course and make a glossy website stating a lot of embellished bullshit
.. This is the reason there are so much fraudulent gold digging vultures in the world.. One love

Claimed the could claim back charges from another solicitors for a car accident back in 2015, after i sent all of my sensitive information i never heard anything again,

tried calling up, always get told someone will call me back which never happens

Over two weeks ago I appointed Afshaa Mushtaq to complete a commercial lease for my business
I sent two emails a week ago to ask if there was any more information I needed to provide to proceed, I hadn’t had a reply so called today to see if it had been delivered & was told by Afshaa to find another solicitor & she doesn’t have time for my phone call, wasting her time as she put it. She offered to close my file instead of simply advising she had received my email.
I’m now back to square one looking for a new solicitor which is detrimental to my business
