I started by being impress but ended up being dissatisfied. I was informed my scooter would be delivered on a Wednesday and low and behold it didn’t. It turned up the following day. I received an apology and the promise of a bag which has never turned up so as you can imagine not too happy.

I was very worried about a company that I had never heard of as I had been scammed on the internet a few times and the fact that they didn't have a shop or anywhere to actually see the mobility scooter that we wanted. We had seen the same scooter at Shire Mobility in Northampton for £1400 and thought that buying the same from mobilityscooterplus for £979 could be a scam. How wrong we were. Fantastic service from the start,great communication the delivery service was the best we've had. It arrived exactly when they said it would and the driver unloaded it on a pallet right outside our shed. Best money we have spent . Anyone looking for a mobility scooter at a great price with fantastic service buy from them. All I can say is I have never brought from a better company.

Another excellent company. I had problems with the first scooter they sent but that was quickly replaced and the faulty one taken away.
Could not wish for better service.
The replacement scooter is fine by the way.
