"I contacted Distons after my previous…"

I contacted Distons after my previous supplier for a Hotpoint Vented Tumble Dryer was unable to fulfil my order, after several weeks wait, due manufacturing delays. Distons had my dryer in stock and was able to deliver within two days following my order. The company was helpful and confirmed that I had chosen the right dryer for my needs. The dryer was delivered as promised and fitted professionally. I would certainly recommend Distons in the future for their customer service and professional delivery servic.

The care of the customer comes first with Distons. We had issues with a fridge/freezer that the manufacture didn't really want to solve. Distons did everything they could to help sort it.
Eventually they delivered a replacement - even if it meant going out of their way to do so. I totally recommend, and will use again for sure

Needed a new tumble dryer but the lift in my apartment block is out of action and I'm on the 3rd floor.....a quick message prior to ordering was met with a quick reply from Ryan, who advised it would be no problem and he would send 2 people to do the delivery.
