Initially I was happy, product arrived promptly, well packaged and with good communication.

After complaining about not receiving a reply about an issue with the product Plumbing for less made contact and have explained the delay in responding.

Very happy to say the company is transparent and keen to sort out issues that may arise.

Website showed item in stock when I ordered. Ordered and when paid told me there’s no stock. Had to order in and the order got delayed twice and only told last minute. Waited weeks for the order to come back in to stock which delayed the job. Had to cancel and order elsewhere. No offer of price reduction due to inconvenience they just offered free shipping which I had already due to order value.
