I have never met a team with such knowledge, skill, empathy and passion for young people. Working alongside TWMAD with vulnerable and in need young people is an amazing experience. As a business they go above and beyond which makes working with them easy. They are flexible, adjustable and will ensure that a robust package is in place in the best interests of the young people. Their staff have a key ability to build relationships with our young people supporting them to be safe and the professionals to develop safety plans. They share information in a timely manner ensuring safeguarding and will work alongside the children and their families to support stability and consistency teaching and mentoring both in the home and in the community. The team are keen to develop young people’s interests and engage them in a range of activities from creating their own music to swimming. Top service, well developed business with children at the heart and skilled staff!!
