Be prepared they would cancel your account at anytime. Just got an email from them and they told me that my current investment needs and objectives do not align with their TMD (Target Market Determination), and will cancel my account in two weeks time.

Update: since they somewhat compensated for the delay in processing, I've upgraded my score. Still extremely frustrated; I loathe the change of details process. It should be far less intrusive... even my bank doesn't make me go through such hurdles. It feels very invasive.

At this stage my experience has been average at best.
