A good website to use. Quick delivery of the well packaged item. Very pleased with the products.

The negative was the delivery person putting the paper package in our damp green bin, instead of the safe place (enclosed porchway) we had indicated!

I ordered 6 packs of 3 pukka pad A5 squared paper. I should have received 18 (6 sets of 3), however I only received 6 notebooks.

I also didn’t receive the pukka pad A5 dotted paper, now I can see its out of stock on the website.

Complete scam. Do not buy from here. They lie in the product descriptions.

Wasted my money.

They don’t reply to emails either.

Purchased set of three Bloom A4 Lever Arch Files, plus Bloom Foolscap Box Files. Arrived promptly. They look even better than the website image - they have shiny gold metallic highlights in the cover design! A much anticipated Xmas present for a mature student. One file had a manufacturing issue. I emailed the 'info email' with photo and barcode on Saturday; personal email reply Monday morning; replacement arrived Wednesday morning. Perfect! Very happy, and will be confident to buy from Pukka again.
