Very quick turn around with order even when I had realised I had my old address on for delivery, 1 phone call and it was sorted and sent to correct address

Took ages for item to arrive (over a week), it was listed for our BBQ only for it not to be. The angle of the photo made it look the same. More details should of been given. Also someone said they'd come back to me the following day only to be told they were off by a colleague. I don't write reviews normally but this miffed me off.
