I was very disappointed with the poor level of communication from this company. Several texts, voicemails and emails were ignored and I had to keep chasing which was exhausting and time consuming. In the end I lost faith and went elsewhere for a quicker and more reasonable service. Many of the things London Electrix claimed were essential repairs were considered unnecessary by the second electrician I used. A company should not scare one into thinking that one's home is unsafe and then take forever to reply to one's questions concerning the remedial works. I'm afraid I'd have to advise people to avoid this company.
