Before despatch I was notified of some minor damage and sent a picture of the damage in order for me to decide if I still wanted the table at a discounted price, which I was offered at the same time. The damage had been repaired and I considered the discounted price to be fair, so I accepted the offer and am now the proud owner of the most beautiful table..

We had an amazing experience with Pisa stone who supplied and fitted multiple areas in our home including a fabrication of a bespoke fire place bench, a separate fireplace, a bar area worktop and wall cladding, fabrication of wall cladding in downstairs toilet. All super promptly and great service from start to finish. We had a chip on the hearth for the fireplace and it was promptly replaced. Kassem and is team are very knowledgeable, great attention to detail and great after service. Would recommend.

We ordered coping stones for our terrace wall, pier and seat. When placing our order, Kasem was helpful and efficient. The stone was cut to our specification and delivered within a few days. Though well packed, some damage occurred during delivery. Kasem offered immediately to recut replacement stone over the weekend and have it delivered within a couple of days.
We are delighted with the result and the customer service - very happy to use them again, and to recommend them.
