After a long drawn out project, they kindly held delivery on our bath for quite some time, offered various bits of advice about manoeuvring the very heavy bath, its siting and waste fitting. Following delivery they continued to provide personal support regarding some damage that was caused during install and sent a repair kit FOC. So throughout the process that have been excellent. Not to mention the quality of the product being of the highest, stunning bath!
