"I ordered from this company on 23…"

I ordered from this company on 23 January 2025. Their website was very glitchy and didn’t place my order so I placed it again. This has resulted in me being charged twice and receiving a duplicate order. The item is fine but I don’t want 2. I contacted the company to request a free returns label but 3 weeks later I am still waiting for a response…. Not good customer service. I want a refund.
