Really impressed with how quickly, but gently this programme has taught our little one to self settle and sleep long periods of time. It's been a game changer for us! 2 weeks in and between 7 and 9 hours sleep before a feed, then back to sleep for another few hours.

Janine was so helpful for us in getting some clarity on our sleep training. Our baby went from waking up every hour to only having one feed at night. She went through our routine and with a few tweaks and we started seeing some big improvements. She was lovely to work with and very understanding and caring. We would definitely recommend her support, as sleep training can be challenging and it definitely helped me feel much more secure, supported & relaxed in what I was doing.

The sleep course breaks down every aspect of sleep to ensure baby has the best environment for sleep and you have the best tools to support your baby. I was looking for a sleep consultant that wasn't going to try and encourage us to 'cry it out'. The thing I love most about Janine is the fact that whichever method you choose to use, the baby's needs are always met and can be comforted by you as much as they need at every stage! I have also used Janine for two 1:1 consultations and she has been so helpful both times, offering us a detailed plan and follow up support with my questions! I would definitely recommend if you're looking for someone to support with baby's sleep!
