I slightly apprehensively booked a holiday to Kerala with Jazz. I now feel very confident that everything is going to be perfect! There have been a couple of hotel changes but Jazz talked me through these very thoroughly and I feel reassured. All has been extremely easy and now I'm just excited to go!

I have just booked for the second time for a holiday with Jazz. Booking was easy, her customer service is excellent. I wanted to change one of the hotels and alter the time spent at one of the stops. This was handled efficiently and with ease. Having travelled with ALT before I know that the service provided at the destination is first class and any issues resolved quickly. Highly recommended.
