"Highly Unprofessional"

Currently being harassed by one of the 'directors' of this company. It is hugely inappropriate for him to follow me up several floors to my apartment. As a young single woman this behaviour is extremely concerning and unnecessary. I have unfortunately now had to log this with the police. I have lived here for years with no issues and since changing my car, its non stop headache. They are also using a particular kind of glue, that is not appropriate for car windscreens, and continue to stick their illegal 'Parking notices' on my vehicle that they have purchased from amazon. Therefore I will also be making a claim against this company for vandalisation of my vehicle.These glorified managing agents need to seriously get a grip and personally as someone that has experienced their direct threatening behaviour I would not recommend their services nor company.

I was told directly that they are directors of this company and subsequently claim to be managing the property. As you said, a separate parking enforcement company is in place therefore I really do not expect to encounter such ridiculous threatening behaviour from your company. Your response implies that actually in fact you are aware and it is okay for a director to harass me and follow me to my property, which is HIGHLY inappropriate and unsafe and honestly disgusting that you as a company condone this sort of behaviour.

Barosa Management Company have been working at Rockwell Court for less than a year but have brought the standard of maintenance up to a high level. Previously firstport had neglected many issues and the block was in need of much work. Now we all feel very happy that we are in good hands and the place is very tidy and lots of jobs have been completed to raise the standards. A health and safety audit recently highlighted many issues that firstport had neglected. Barosa are prioritising the issues and working through them. We feel much safer now.
The Bin Store is clean, lighting is restored, drains are being checked and cleaned, the gardens are much tidier, cleaning in public areas is excellent and key-pads have been replaced on doors, to name a few issues resolved by Barosa.

Water source must have been accidentally switched off. I got home at about 9.30pm on Friday to find taps dry. Sent a mail of to Barosa and got a reply almost immediately. Problem was solved before the end of the evening. Someone actually came round and switched on my water source about 11pm on a Friday nite. Thanks ever so much Barosa. I had visions of a nightmare weekend with no running water.
