Purchased a second hand in pristine comdition mobile phone and it arrived the next day, and as described

"Scam company, don't use."

Please don't use this service, I used this company as part of a trade in service, I sent a phone in perfect condition. When I say perfect I mean absolutely perfect, after the phone trade in I got an email saying I owe an extra £200 because 'the back cover had been raised', I've seen a couple of reviews where they have used this to extort money out of people. Absolutely disgusting company, please do not use. This is a scam company.

My phone arrived quickly and was in great condition - you wouldn’t know it wasn’t new (I went for a ‘great condition’ one).

It didn’t come with a charging plug (only a lead weirdly), but other than that all good.
