Good customer service parts came fast no problem

I ordered a transmission & TCM from them on April 25th, 2024 and today is May 23rd, but I still don't have my parts. They are terrible with communication and customer service so don't be deceived by the initial interactions.
They are quick to respond and take your money but you will wait 2 lifetimes to receive your purchase.

I had to constantly call them to get updates on the parts because they did not give out a tracking number. Then when I grew tired of waiting and decided to take my money & service elsewhere, they would not process my refund. Instead, they kept trying to persuade me to wait longer for the parts, they kept saying the parts were on their way, they kept postponing/delaying the delivery date by giving me the wrong dates.

I asked about my refund and in-turn, Steve asked me, "How else will you repair your car? Then he went on to say he had to keep $500 of my hard earned money for the refund because he had to spend $500 on a new truck to deliver it.

Also: they probably paid for the positive reviews or made fake accounts. Save yourself some time & money by going somewhere else.

I bought a motor last Thanksgiving and it took them 6 weeks to get the motor to me put the motor in was okay but found out my transmission was bad so is my mistake going back through a list auto they said they had the same transmission from the motor that had 60,000 miles so I said okay 7 weeks later got the transmission found out it had 146,000 miles on it so if I was you I would go someplace else to find my parts cuz they're do nothing but lie never tell you the truth so please take my advice and don't do business with them

"Worst place ever"

Worst place ever. I paid 1800.00 for a transmission. Was told it would arrive in 5 business days. Fifth day wasn’t even shipped yet. Then I was told it would be there in 3 days still hadn’t arrived. Then told me it would be there on a Friday. It arrived on Monday. For the headache I was promised 250.00 still haven’t received it yet. Mechanic put in my supposed to be good transmission there is no fifth gear it just grinds and pops out of gear. Adam blamed the mechanics for the situation. Do your self a favor and stay away from this place.

"The service was great"

The service was great. They were able to send serial# and vin# from the vehicle the motor came out of. It matched dmv records miles as well. Great company will buy from them for all other vechiles I purchase.
