I have ordered before and been very satisfied however, my last order was not up to par. I ordered two packs of rib eye steaks and two packs of sirloin steaks. I have only opened one pack of each, and can only speak regarding those. The rib eye steaks were what I can only describe as ragged and not not in a whole condition. They were not a defined cut but loose and irregular kind of pulled apart. The sirloins were okay but on the thin side. When cooked in the pan, they kind of separated and cooked unevenly.

I was phoned to explain about a substitution and was not charged more for a larger portion of meat. My order turned up on the day l requested and was well packaged and cold. I have tried the chicken and it was very tasty. Try them you won't be disappointed.
