"Be careful"
I ordered a swimsuit from cupbeach.com and received my order quickly. Unfortunately the swimsuit did not fit. In order to exchange or return any order, the website policy is to email them with a reason for the exchange, and the customer only has 15 days to exchange or return. I emailed and did not receive a response for a few days. I finally received an email offering me a refund of 6.00 if I keep the swimsuit. I emailed back that the suit has not been worn, and has all the tags. Why would I keep it if it does not fit? I did not receive a response. This company does not seem to want to give out an address, and it does not look legit. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Buyer beware.. The return policy is difficult with Cupbeach. There is no itemized receipt that comes with the order and no return information. You have to write to customer service for a return authorization and return items within 15 days of receipt. There is nothing wrong with that policy except I have written twice within 5 days and have not had a response. When there is no brick and mortar shop, you have to rely on a quick response from Customer Support if you’re not satisfied with your purchase or if items don’t fit the way you’d like. It shouldn’t be a frustration to return a purchase. Cupbeach.com has an extremely difficult and frustrating return policy. I will never purchase from Cupbeach.com again.
