Jamie was a superstar. He kept me informed every 30 minutes as to how long he would be and arrived when he said he would. He was very professional yet friendly. I was beside myself with stress but his professional and calm demeanour kept me from crumbling. I told him he was literally a life saver .

My son accidentally fuelled my diesel car with petrol & it wouldn’t start. I called Simple Fuels, was given ETA of 35 minutes, Jamie was there in less time and during rush hour. Took 15 minutes to empty my tank and flush it out with cleaner & I was back on the road within 45 mins of calling. Car drives perfectly. Big thumbs up 👍

After my daughter accidentally put diesel in her car on a Friday evening after work, she called in a panic to ask what she should do. After a call to Simple Fuel Solutions, someone was with her less than an hour later. The problem was fixed in no time by a helpful and friendly technician.
I hope I don’t need to use this service again (for obvious reasons) but I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in the same situation.

Within an hour of phoning Jamie arrived even though it was a Sunday. He explained what needed to be done in detail and got started. 30 mins later he was at the door saying car was running ok. Jamie explained that the Smart plugs had to be cleaned quite a few times before car would start and that in some cases sight problems may still exist. He suggested filling tank up full with the best petrol and to give the car a good run to burn off existing diesel still on filter.
Would absolutely recommend him to family and friends. Excellent service.

Misfuelled during rush hour. Simple Fuel Solutions was easy to find on Google. Jamie was able to attend quicker than originally estimated, and quicker than any other service i called. Jamie was polite, helpful, efficient, and the problem was quickly resolved. Accepted card payment. He then followed my car for the first few miles of driving to make sure it was running well. Service much appreciated.

Made the mistake of putting petrol in a diesel engine. Originally called the AA & was quoted a ridiculous amount & the time call out would have taken 3/4 hrs. Found Simple Fuel Solutions online & they were great to deal with really friendly & had Jamie out to me & the job done with an hour and a half of phoning, fabulous customer service & made a saving too. Would definitely recommend

Mistakenly put 1litre of diesel in petrol engine (which was 3/4 full at the time) phoned simple fuel solutions and got a lot of good information from Jamie . Although this amount of diesel in a petrol engine wouldn’t have caused any issues I decided to have it all removed for piece of mind . Jamie drove from Glasgow to Fife the same day and removed all the fuel .A perfect and clean job with no fuel spills .
