"We sought out Userful video wall after…"

We sought out Userful video wall after looking at several vendors. Userful was the most affordable considering that we only wanted a 4 TV video wall. The learning curve is a bit steep but probably the same with all such services. The renewal/maintenance agreement is astronomical and outrageous. I would not go with this service and select another option. Their answer when I questioned why the maintenance renewal is so exorbitant ... we can get a 10% discount if we renew for multiple years. I can recommend not using Userful and use anyone else.

Update: 11/23/21 I called sales directly and found out that the version I am using, Enterprise, is the most expensive. We are not utilizing all that Enterprise can do so dropping subscription down to Professional Plus. Much more budget friendly price.
