I ordered some supplements for the first time, as a new customer. Placing the order on their website was fine, and I had an automated email at the time of purchase, saying my order had been placed.
But after that, a couple of days had passed, and I hadn't received my order. I logged into my account, and it just said 'processing' order.
So I phoned their customer service helpline between the hours of 9-5.30pm on Thurs and Friday, but no-one answered the phone, and it just went straight to voicemail. I even tried selecting some of the other menu options, but no luck - all went to voicemail every time.
So, after a few tries of phoning, and no-one ever answering the phone, I left a voicemail asking if my order had been posted yet. But no-one bothered to phone me back all day, to return my answering machine message!
I never received a "your order has been posted" email at all, and had checked my junk mail folder repeatedly also. My online account still just said "processing"!
My order did randomly arrive 3 days later. But I am giving this a 1 star review, as I think it's shocking that this company doesn't bother to send out a "your item has been posted" email, so I could ensure someone was at home to accept the delivery.
And even more shocked that no-one in customer service bothers to answer the phone, and no-one replies to answering machine messages left by customers!
Surely this is just business basics? Even after I received the order, it still said 'processing' on my account!
If my order hadn't arrived, I would have really had a serious problem.
Hope the owner of the company reads this review and rectifies these issues. I'm not the first person to have reported this on Trustpilot.
