Purchased some ‘HIR 2s’ for my wife’s Hyundai ix35, i always buy ‘Piaa’ because in my opinion, they’re the best! I have bought also in the past Piaa extreme white plus for my Fiesta ST 3 and from Power Bulbs too. Everything is faultless from this company!, from price to even careful packaging!, delivery is quick also……..

Absolutely dreadful customer service, I paid for next day delivery and received an email the following day stating my item would be delivered in 3 days time due to the weekend , I complained and asked for a refund of the £5.99 I paid extra for next day delivery but was met with a load of bull and they wouldn't refund my money .I received my parcel 6 days after I ordered it . Never using these people again

Took a bit longer than expected to arrive but the bulbs are what they say they are and cheaper than I can get in Aus.

Inititally I ordered Osram D3S bulbs from Amazon but they were packaged poorly and the bulbs were damaged on receipt. I then tried PowerBulbs, where I was pleasantly surprised that they were priced competitively so ordered replacements from them. It took a few days for the order to be dispatched (which is fine) but the packaging they used was awful, worse than Amazon - the bulbs were put in a box that was way too big for them (you could have fit 3 or 4 packs of the same bulbs in it), with a comedicly small amount of bubble wrap to 'protect' them. However, on receipt they looked fine and have been fitted and tested without issue.

Overall, I'm happy with the pricing and the service but I just wish the packaging inspired more confidence.
