"My Number 1 Crafting Site"

I have been a customer of Crafter's Companion for many years and have always been very satisfied. All the products, (papercraft and sewing) are excellent quality. The Customer Service team are second to none and if there should be a problem they are happy to sort things out asap. I have also been a member of Club Inspire for some time now and besides the discounts you get to see things and order before they are released), and promotional codes, free postage does help as well. You can save a lot by being a member. All orders are dispatched quickly and arrive in good time.

I have been a Platinum member for years, I love Crafters Companion products which shows if you ever visited my home. I love their amazing products, their customer service is excellent and can not fault them at all.

"Very Disappointed with Crafter's Companion"

I am very disappointed with the recent changes to the trading model of Crafter's Companion.

I spent rather a lot of money last year, with the goal of achieving a 20% discount on purchases and free postage this year.

I now find that I can purchase items from Crafter's Companion at "The Works" at the 20% discount price mark.

Not what I bought into - not fair - no longer a transparent relationship with what was almost an "exclusive" crafting experience.

"Bit odd!"

I don't know about any body else but if you follow Trustpilot it seems odd that the reviews for CC have doubled in the last 24 hours with most giving five stars and gushing how good the company is.I have read that if you contact them and leave a review that they don't like it is just deleted so that everybody else thinks this is a good company.I will never purchase their goods again because of the reasons given in my first review but would tell people to try them.Some people have problems and some obviously don't,just like any other company I guess.I would however hope that CC and SD take note of the criticism as it seems the US has taken priority now from what other people have said and just remember where it all started from and what a lot of loyal customers you have and they deserve top priority.

"Crafter's Companion is so much more than a somewhere to shop!"

I have placed multiple orders with Crafter's Companion and have always been impressed with the quality, value and customer service. Membership to their loyalty scheme - Club Inspire - is free and well worth being a part of for the regular updates about new products and some amazing discount deals. As a new crafter I've gone a bit wild setting up my craft room with everything I 'need'!! :)
Their service extends way beyond just a shopping experience though as their website is brimming with inspiration and technique tutorials so you can get the most out of your purchases.
With frequent Facebook Live streams demonstrating their products you can learn so much as well as get to know the team at Crafter's Companion. It's a Crafting Community I highly recommend.

"Love you but feel excluded."

I love your company and really trust the products you develop. I am particularly delighted that you have branched out into sewing - very much my world since I was very young. Sadly I feel less a part of your community now because as I do not sign up to social media sites I am missing out on tutorials and live shows (in this case shown on Facebook) that I might have enjoyed but feel excluded. I know I'm not on my own in my aversion to the whole social media culture. It's such a shame that so much revolves around them these days.

I have purchased from Crafter's Companion for many years past and hope to for many years to come. If you have a question about a product C.Comp answer it fully. If you have an issue with a product, they always sort it. Crafter's Companion is run by crafters for crafters so if you have a problem that only a crafter will understand such as which glue is best for vellum, they tell you which one and why. They care about customers and crafting and it shows.

I love Crafters Companion - great products, excellent demonstrations (I love the Facebook Live shows.
Customer Service is excellent - any problems are dealt with efficiently and without any quibbles.
Sara and all of the team are great fun and are real crafters - there is never a silly question.

"Crafter's Companion is one of my…"

Crafter's Companion is one of my favourite retailers and I love their die cutting products - the Gemini has made die cutting a pleasure rather than a chore and the selection of detailed die's are really good. Never had any problems with delivery of goods either and the one time I had to contact Customer Services they were very helpful.

"Excellent company to deal with"

Excellent company to deal with. Easy to order from and quick receipt of all orders. On the very rare occasions I have had to query an order I have received very friendly and prompt attention and always had the problem sorted out without any fuss. Great range of quality products at good prices. I love Crafter’s Companion :-)
