"Great service but trainers were marked"

Online ordering and delivery service were excellent, however unfortunately one of the trainers had a small scuff mark on them. These were a Christmas gift for my son, we were both a little disappointed when he opened them to find they weren’t immaculate , although he managed to eventually buff the scuff away.
