Wanted to place a substantial bulk order via purchase order on account.
After opening the account, I was not expecting to be fobbed off with, ‘we have spent 2 million pounds of a website to be used’, ‘you’ve already entered it on the purchase order just do it again on the website’.
In my years of ordering for a diverse range of companies I have never been met with such bad attitude. Sent an email of complaint and no apology.

As a lady with long legs requiring hi viz, I had questions about sizing. After 2 phone calls, I knew the trousers I ordered would fit. The gentleman I spoke with could not have been more helpful, and understanding of the problems sourcing good fitting women's PPE.
Excellent quality product and price. Will be using from now on.

"Bad communication/Customer service"

Made a order online paid full amount. Received no delivery date Had to keep asking for a update on the order to be told item was not in stock but when it is they will send it out. I asked for full refund. There communication is poor and customer service even worse.
