"Excellent way to see the Pembrokeshire coast"

Absolutely first class service from Josh. Delivered & collected the bikes to/from our campsite in Tenby. Bikes came very well equipped with helmets, spare inner tubes, tool kit etc. Not only did Josh offer ongoing support during the day (which thankfully we didn’t need) but also provided suggested cycle routes to suit our destinations. Definitely recommended and would use again.

"Super helpful"

Josh was super helpful. He helped us plan a route that suited what we wanted to do perfectly. He did some final adjustments very efficiently and even pumped up the tyres on my partner's own bike. Only downside was that booking was tricky, otherwise we would have used them more.

"Quality bikes with excellent service"

We hired 4 excellent quality mountain bikes for the Brunel trail.
Josh was very wel, organised, delivered the bikes on time, complete with bag (locks, spares etc) and a range of helmets for all. Useful email sent with directions, maps, photos etc.

Cycle itself was enjoyed by all, with a good lunch at Manilla's. Easy cycling through a very pretty countryside.

Return of bikes just as smooth as collection.

Definitely do it again.

"Excellent road bike hire with delivery"

Hired a road bike during May half term from the team at Pembrokeshire Bike Hire. Cannot fault anything - great bike, great service, super nice people to talk to and deal with. Appreciated the delivery and pick up from where we were staying and recommendations on cycling routes, some of the best riding ive done in a long while. Thanks for making it happen fellas!

"Cracking service, can't recommend them enough"

I took my bike to Tenby for a weeks' holiday and broke a spoke on the first day. I decided that getting in repaired in time was unlikely, so decided to hire a bike instead and contacted Pembrokeshire Bike Hire who were awesome! Despite the short notice and a bit of to-and-fro due to my having to try to organise things around plans with my young family, they were really flexible and overall a joy to deal with. The bike was provided with puncture stuff and tools in a saddle bag, the right pedals for my shoes and rode like a new bike; spot on. Thanks for saving my holiday!

We hired e-bikes for an extended weekend and were very happy with the whole experience! The bikes were great, they came with everything needed, and the service and communication was top!! Can sincerely recommend this company, and I’ll definitely use them again next time I go!!!

"Great way to explore Pembroke car-free"

We were really happy to come across Pembrokeshire Bike Hire and found the option for delivery and pick-up of the bikes from our holiday rental a huge benefit for people travelling car-free like us. Josh was able to find the right bikes for us at short notice and was very helpful throughout. The bikes were very smooth to ride (we chose hybrids). Having the helmets, lock and allen key set provided in a waterproof panier - in which we could also carry our belongings - was also a great bonus. The many low traffic roads around Pembrokeshire make it a wonderful place to cycle!

"Ideal way to explore the area"

Excellent service. We hired e-bikes for a day to explore pembrokeshire. Josh delivered the bikes to our accommodation with all the gear we needed, and was flexible with pick up time so we didn't have to rush back. The bikes looked nearly new and performed very well, we had a great day. We felt the price was very reasonable. Thanks Josh.

"Great day with great bikes"

We had a super day with the bikes we hired. They were excellent bikes and in great condition. We also hired a kiddie carrier to carry our 3 and 5 year olds. In addition we were given a full pannier with essential bits in if required - bike lock, puncture kit etc. Josh met us at a prearranged location and our specified time and we completed the Brunel Trail from Haverfordwest to Nyland and back which was ideal with 2 children as it is almost entirely off road. We were then met at the end to drop the bikes back. The whole process was really easy, we had a great day and would definitely recommend using Pembrokeshire Bike Hire.
