They were out of stock of the cheapest towbar I ordered but supplied the most expensive one as an alternative at the same price which was very good of them, very quick delivery albeit in seperate deliveries, but not happy with the damage there delivery company did when delivering the fittings to my neighbour as they through them onto a freezer top and dented it, a complaint was made to them re this not that I heard anything back other than they would investigate, my biggest complaint is being fitted at my convenience was a complete joke, it had to be fitted at there convenience so I had to spend virtually a whole day emailing and searching out fitting companies from Exeter to Bristol to get fitted, and was done in the end by a company in Avonmouth called Automotive Control and I have no complaints there, towsure did refund the fitting cost so all good in the end but not a good experience.
