I was not sure what product I required so I rang the company for help & advise but was just directed to their website. When I received my order I then found out that the spindles for the bench grinder were in correct and also the bench grinder I had was not powerful enough.
However, after registering this complaint I was immediately contacted by Claire who apologised for the service, she was very helpful and resolved my issues.

The kit contains all you need for polishing (except the motor unit) including different type of polish. My wife is delighted to find a number of brass items around the house are gleaming as never before.

When the machine turned up it had a nut on the left hand spindle where the thread had been crossed and driven right to the end of the shaft and jammed on we couldn’t reach an agreement to replace the machine so I had no option other than to return the whole package I was very disappointed in the trust your company put in your customers read my original report
