My Pro-Max Flexi Drive arrived in good time, but then failed within only a few seconds of its first use which was of course very frustrating. I contacted Metal Polishing Supplies who requested an email describing what had happened and this was duly sent a short time later the same day. I was delighted to receive the replacement on the following day and so was able to carry on with my job. The replacement is still working fine and does what i wanted it to do. I was disappointed at the incredibly early failure, but very leased at the back up support I then received
