Following a disastrous OS upgrade I sent off a very poorly Mac, with little hope of data recovery being possible. However, I got back a working Mac, complete with my data, and the great added bonus of a new SSD in place of the failed HD – so now have good enough performance to put off the hardware replacement I'd been considering for later this year. A few problems were experienced with the courier, but full marks to iMendMacs for helping sort that out too.

I have a 2016 15" MacBook Pro.It's been pretty much switched on since I bought it.Over time (and one or two spillages) I was having problems with the keyboard,letters printing 5 or 6 times with one touch of a key,etc.
Anyway,I sent it off to iMend for repair.It turns out I also needed a new battery (not surprised.) and a serious clean and general refurb.
To cut a short story long,it came back like new and all within a very reasonable time.You have a problem with your Mac ?....then these are the guys...believe me A+++++

"swift and efficient iPad battery replacement"
My 2017 iPad Pro 10.5" suddenly lost power - even plugged into the mains the screen would only display the icon for an empty battery - there was no other response.
I contacted IMendMacs to ask if they also mend iPads (of course they do!) and they arranged for UPS to collect my iPad from my home.
Three days later I received an email confirming that battery was faulty with the price of a replacement so I chose to have it replaced. That was completed in about 24 hours. Upon receiving my payment I.M.M. sent the iPad straight back (by UPS again). All done in 8 days.
The iPad is as good as new.
I received personal service, with regular updates by email. This was really first class. Thank you.

My MacBook Pro started misbehaving so I gave it to the people with whom I have had repairs done before. They found the problem, SATA wire gone wrong, replaced it and upgraded the OS in a week and at a very reasonable price. They can provide a courier service but I preferred to deliver and collect the laptop myself as I like to get out and meet people. Excellent job done.

Took my 7-year-old iMac after both Apple and approved repair places declined to look at it, saying it was “vintage”. It was getting progressively slower and finally refused to boot up at all despite all my diy recovery efforts. iMendMacs installed a new hard drive, performed an all-round service and transferred all data from my external drive. It’s now very fast and working as it did when new. This isn’t a cheap thing to do but cheaper than buying a new iMac. The staff are friendly, professional, efficient and very experienced and knowledgable as far as my limited expertise can judge. There’s a 6-month warranty, which is the only thing I’m a little disappointed by considering the cost. I’m just hoping it will last a few years. Despite that I would definitely recommend because 4 stars + is fairer than 4.
