"Brilliant team"

"Estate agency at its poorest"

Kim particularly but CPH as a whole as she works for them and represents their brand. A truly awful experience. Poor communications, phone calls not returned, information misquoted and conversations completely denied. How unprofessional! My whole experience was extremely disappointing

"Quick & reliable with fire and electrical emergencies"

As a private tenant under CPH property management services, I have seen many situations where the Tenants and the property needs are quickly accommodated.
At 01.30 last July, the fire alarm kept going off all night long, with no evidence of fire. Within 4 hours of leaving a message with CPH, they had a Fire Alarm company attended and quickly and professionally resolved the problem!
Last week my electricity cut off at 08.50 on a morning CPH has training courses. I left a phone message and sent a text. Within one hour, their sparky Nick called me to notify me he would arrive within the hour!
Excellent service all round!

"CPH Property shows true teamwork to support tenants."

CPH Lettings department have been very helpful to me before and after the lockdown when i moved into a privately-rented flat they manage. Emma provided printed rental documents when i had no access to a printer, and had the boiler attended to immediately when the control panel was not working correctly.

Previously, Shannon, the receptionist helped me in an emergency situation when CPH was not even managing the rental property! On a Saturday morning, i lost my keys. Shannon took the initiative to contact the landlord to get permission to let me into my flat, and lent me the keys so that i could get them copied. WONDERFUL service!

Most recently, they were able to have a fire alarm company attend our building at 5am when a faulty sensor was causing the alarm to sound unnecessarily throughout the night. Lockdown restrictions have made their lettings manager face a multitude of challenges which are almost impossible to manage with social distancing and other regulation requirements. When the lettings manager has been unavailable, the CPH Sales Team have gone to exceptional efforts to facilitate communication. Thank you CPH Property!
