Promised next day delivery if I paid and ordered by a certain cutoff time. Did that by 2 hours to spare but thought I would check. Glad I did as we wouldn’t have received it in time. They said 3 days!

Order recieved quickly after easy ordering oline. I was kept informed of progress , status of the order and delivery.
The parcel when recieved was well packaged and intact.
The 2 cases recieved, plenty of storage with straps, lovely colour and well built. Large 29" suitcase case has barrel lock included inside but not intergrated as per the cabin case which is stated in the discription. The cabin case ideal for TUI as a lot where too large. Cannot comment on how robust they will be as not used as yet. Well done.

Quick easy purchase but despite having had to correct my address which I had written correctly on the order form, but Aerolite had written incorrectly on the waybill, the Courier then failed to deliver.
Every day I had a message from Yodel 'we missed you' when I was in fact at the address (a business Address) apart from one day (a saturday) The site security had seen one possible delivery vehicle on one day, buit the driver refused to sign in and drove off.
I was given a refund quickly enough, but not impressed with the service

Agree with other reviews. The phoneline goes straight to voicemail and then cuts off.
I have bought several of the cases and I like them because they’re light and wheel well BUT they offer a 5 year warranty and the cases do fail.
I sent an email They replied to my email in a timely manner asking for photos and then sent me a new suitcase. 👍
