A tee shirt was ordered for me but when it arrived was too small.The package that was delivered had a sheet detailing clearly and simply how to return an item should you need to return / exchange it. I followed the instructions and additionally emailed 5 Pointz to explain that I needed a different size and would they hold that size for me in the interim as I didnt want that item to sell out before they could exchange my tee shirt.
I received a response quickly and my request was granted. Within a few days I had my replacement . I also ordered another tee shirt. which arrived promptly. For each delivery I was updated by email on status of delivery and received delivery within 2-3 days,
An excellent shopping experience. I will shop here again and will recommend 5 Pointz to friends.
