I’m happy to say kind lady called Eleanor has been leading my case with my council disrepair.

I’m extremely happy with the communication and reply’s though emails if you don’t know anything they do break it down for you and make it easier for you to understand the process.

so far my case has been approved compensation and I’m glad to say that Eleanor has worked her back off to see I’m left with seeing justice and my place being fully repaired and compensation they negotiated very well with the council and set a win for me!

Really poor customer service, hardly any communication, and after 12 months, they decided not to pursue my claim, which had a strong chance of success, according to Citizen's Advice Bureau. I regret enormously choosing this firm and would not recommend them to anyone.
