"Huge selection"

So many fragrances to choose from, you can get several fragrances for the cost of one luxury fragrance. All fragrance house has hits and misses but a few of my favorite frags are from Dua.

"Censoring reviews"

Ordered "Bet on Green" as DUA states is is a duplicate of the first version of Polo Green. Cosmair/Warner formulations of Polo Green are my favorite and getting harder and harder to find now close to 50 years out. I was VERY disappointed as the DUA replica fragrance was not even close to what was advertised. Original Polo is a very complex and nuanced smell. To my nose, "Bet on Green" smells like Pine Sol.

The worst experience however, was that DUA invited me to review my purchase, so I did. DUA did not post my review and it appears that if any review is not four or five stars, it is deleted. It appears that DUA only posts Shill reviews or allows reviews that are positive. This is disgraceful and dishonest.

Everyone has an opinion and mine is certainly not the end all be all. They may have other fragrances that are good. I will never find out because the company is untrustworthy and has shady business practices. Be warned!

"Great Customer Service!"

Received a leaking bottle of the product. The box was saturated and so was the bottle. I reached out to the brand for assistance and about a week and a half later I received a new bottle. Very pleased with the customer service, and would order from them again. I order Vanilla Baby and it smells divine! Thank you Dua!

"Cologne 41"

15 years ago, I first bought the Cologne 41 from Abercrombie. From the first moment it was a hit, the masculine scent raised my confidence and my female dates loved it. The fragance became a part of me. Unfortunetely, 10 years ago A&F decided to stop the fragance. Ever since then, I’ve been looking and hoping for a day to get it back. So I came by the “cologne 41” developed by Dua. Of course, I was reluctant to order because a lot of scam parfume companies exist. I ordered one bottle to try. The shipping was quick and living in Europe additional import payments followed. However, when I recieved the scent it brought back everything I hoped for. The Dua scent is longer lasting and perhaps misses a small freshness compared to the original. But overall, the attempt is brilliant and for everybody who is looking fit this scent I would advice to give it a try. I meanwhile ordered 3 additional bottles.

"Cheap, low-quality, synthetic ingredients"

They use cheap, low-quality, synthetic ingredients to make clone formulations that do not emulate the original creation.

Honest reviews are deleted and are never posted on their product pages.

They are in your favor as long as you buy from them.
When there was a problem with the shipment and I asked for their help, they simply sent me an answer that they would do everything to help me, today I understand that it was a kind of mocking response.
I will never buy from this seller, perfume with such service I do not want in any way.

"This company is a total SCAM operation."

This company is a total SCAM operation. PLEASE do not waste your money. I paid $60 for a clone of a favorite fragrance and received what was LITERALLY a bottle of alcohol. I mean, NO discernible fragrance WHATSOEVER. When I emailed customer service to request a return shipping label and refund, I got an email back stating that the company is not responsible in any way for any problems. Didn't matter to them that that the product was clearly defective. Didn't offer to investigate. Simply stated in so many words that once they get your money, they could care less about any issues that might arise. Basically, the "customer is always wrong" approach to business.

Furthermore, I would strongly suspect that any positive reviews posted about this fly-by-night scam operation are actually posted by them. It's about the only way they could stay in business more than a few months at a time.

"Good perfumes!"

I bought Vanity For Her Perfume. Is really good perfume, I like the smell. I am crazy about perfumes so, I wanted to try this brand. The unit problem is the shipment, is too expensive to delivery to Ireland and on top of that; I had to pay taxes. At the end, all the discount I got form the store was not worth. But of sure if I was leaving in USA, I would buy again.

i put in an order with this company almost 2 months ago....AND TO DATE I HAVE NEVER RECIEVED MY ORDER NOR HAVE I RECIEVED A REFUND. I live in Europe, and this company is located in the States.

As mentioned before I put in an order like almost 2 months ago. Waited like 14 days and the recieved an mail from DHL that i cant get my parcel because theduabrand company had declared a way to low amount on the goods i had ordered. The custom in my country had asked for some papers from the company but the company sent the papers....

My parcel is sent back to the States I write the company an e-mail they tell me to wait till the get parcel and then they will take action.

On 15 of August 2022 i write the company again, and tell them that Ive been informed that THEDUABRAND have recieved their parcel again, I EVEN TRACK THE PARCEL VIA TRACKING NUMBER AT DHL AND CAN SEE THAT THEDUABRANDCOMPANY HAVE RECIEVED THE PARCEL....

FROM THERE ON I HAVE TRIED TO CALL THEM SENT THEM LIKE 15-20 E-MAILS TO FIND OUT HOW I CAN GET MY MONEY BACK.....NO REPLYING BACK TO ME AT ALL......AND I MEAN NO F.... REPLY DURING THE LAST 2 MONTHS AT ALL. THY SIMPLY STEAL YOUR MONEY IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE USA.

THEIR SCHEME IS.... ON PURPOSE TO DECLARE A LOWER VALUE FOR THE GOODS IN THE PARCEL BECAUSE THEY KNOW THE PARCEL WILL NOT GET THROUGH CUSTOMS, AND THEN THEY KNOW THE PARCEL WILL GET BACK TO THEM AND THEY CAN STEAL YOUR MONEY BECAUSE YOU PAY UPFRONT WHEN YOU ORDER ON THEIR WEBPAGE.
