Ditta disponibile per qualsiasi delucidazione ( informazioni , preventivo costi , costi spedizione ecc...) : infatti rispondono alle e-mails.
Spedizione celere e costo contenuto ( esempio : Lituania - Italia : 20 euro ) ; arrivo del prodotto in 7 giorni max. Ho dovuto restituire un modem LTE poiché nel frattempo sono venuto a conoscenza di una nuova offerta sulla fibra che ho sottoscritto , sicché tale tipo di modem non aveva senso tenerlo ; naturalmente per la restituzione le etichette del prodotto e imbalaggi li chiedono integri.
La restituzione è stata , ovviamente , a mio carico , la quale mi è costata euro 43 : tale ditta dovrebbe cercare di fare degli accordi con società di spedizione , che in caso di restituzione , un cliente possa pagare circa la stessa cifra di arrivo , nel mio caso poteva essere di 20 euro.
Mi hanno rimborsato celermente sul mio conto corrente.

I had to return an LTE modem because in the meantime I learned of a new fiber offer that I signed up for, so there was no point in keeping this type of modem; naturally, for returns, product labels and packaging require them to be intact.
The return was, obviously, at my expense, which cost me 43 euros: this company should try to make agreements with shipping companies, so that in the event of a return, a customer can pay approximately the same amount as the arrival, in in my case it could have been 20 euros.
They refunded me quickly to my bank account.
