This is my first time ordering from Zazzle. What a great experience. Fast service. I just received my shipment today. The Stickers and Rack Cards are PERFECT. They are classy and high quality. I fell in love with the design and pastel colours. My hobby is baking so I ordered for my cookie boxes that I give to family and friends. Such a nice personal touch and so much nicer then what I can make myself. Service was amazing. When I discovered I had made a spelling error on one of my Rack Cards, Joanna was quick to respond and handle. THANK YOU Joanna. :) I highly recommend.

Best customer service EVER! I ordered some wrapping paper, when I got to the middle of the roll I realized the logo was messed up. I commented on the sellers page, not expecting anything to happen since it was 6 months after I ordered. Customer Service reached out to me asking if they can send me a new roll for free. Just amazing.

I like the invitations but the print on it is a little small - especially the name of the honoree. It’s very hard to read.

I ordered a t-shirt that had a Linux Tux logo(while it is trademarked, they allow commercial use without permissions) and they canceled it due to an incorrect trademark violation.

I was curious and looked up the same shirt from the same seller and it was still listed. Not only that, but it was also $7 cheaper. So, I tried again, and it went completely through and shipped.

It is going to get here three days later than the order confirmation says it will.

Never trust a company with inconsistent policies.
