My order was sent and received expeditiously. No issues there. On opening the Sika Call I noted that the reed used to help produce the call was not attached and very flimsy. This would not allow for consistent calling. I got in touch with Deer Central, who told me to return the item at my own cost and they would have a look at it. I returned the item at my own costs and put a note in saying I would like a new unit. To date, being out of pocket for p&p, I haven’t heard anything back. Hopefully the matter will be resolved and I’ll get a serviceable call along with a refund for my p&p
