"What an experience.. Just Do It !!"

I had the best solo trip with just myself and my dog. First time to all the locations I visited and also first time driving a van! But what an exhilarating experience.

My van Lexi was brand new out the wrapper, easy to drive and to function equipment solo. I had a small problem which couldnt be predicted whilst I was parked in Glencoe and the team were so supportive and had a mechanic out within a few hours to fix the problem proactively and I was back on my way..

The hob unfortunately stopped working also which meant I had no hot food and my food went to waste I had bought for the trip but I did get some lovely food on campsite and also had plenty of fruit with me. Reason for a 4 stars.

All in all none of these things took away from what was an exhilarating experience, the places i visited, the sites seen, the people i met and just getting away from life for 3 nights of peace and bliss. Can’t wait to do it again and will definitely be booking back up. Well done team Staycation.

We cannot praise Staycation enough! Their service is brilliant and we will definitely be booking another trip in the future. ‘Carrie’ our van, was 10/10, can’t fault it one bit, you can tell they keep really good care of their vehicles, this gave us peace of mind when travelling in remote locations. First trip in a campervan, travelled the Nc500 and Skye, best trip of our lifetime, the girls were 1st class and the van was absolutely perfect, can’t wait to travel more and the freedom it gives you we don’t want to go back to a hotel, thank you staycation Scotland
