Very easy purchase process. Hope delivery is as quick.

Very disappointed in the finish and quality of the blades but I should have known better to think I would be buying a a middle of the road quality knife for $160 but these knives shouldn't cost but about $60. The handles are the best thing these knives have going for them but that's not the business end of the knife.

The only thing is that when you ask for the order you do not know the aprox time to receive the order. At this moment I do not know when I am going to receive the product, so this is a little bit confused.

My experience was not a good one. I reached out 6 times by email and phone to check on this christmas order. I did finally receive a reply 4 days before christmas assuring me that I would get my order December 24. It did arrive. I understand Christmas rush but not poor Customer service.

Its been almost a week and my onife hasnt even shipped, not even an tracking email, ridiculous I ordered it a while ago and it hasn’t shipped, I know many people who have ordered after me and have already got their product,

I have not received my package, when I try to check tracking I need to use the phone app. When I use the app., I need to have a Gmail or Office 365 email, I purchased with a comcast email, but unable to track with that email. I was assured I would receive by Christmas, but didn't, it is now the 26th and I still can't track, and have not received the package.
