My wife and I have been using this service for a few years now. It is convenient and simple to understand and use. The labs they use should be fairly close to your home. I have zero complaints about the service.
The main reason we use it to exclude a doctor from the process. They are for the most part pill pushers and would love to get you on a prescription to relieve your symptoms, not cure you. Our results have always been spot on. What more can I say about it. I am so pleased with the service and the services they offer.

Private MD Labs is a truly remarkable service. I've used them several times to order my own panels & couldn't be more satisfied. I've also shopped a few competitors, but Private MD Labs had them beat with their electronic documents & more-detailed test descriptions, which is important if you're looking for a specific test method. The requisitions and results come in quickly and prices are reasonable. So if you're looking to take matters of health into your own hands and supplement the care given by your doctor, look no further than Private MD Labs. You will not be disappointed!

Prices are competitive. Customer service is incredibly terrible. Know that if you order a lab test you must use it in a certain time period or they will take your money and void the test. So keep that it mind. There are other companies that have better customer service, and more consumer friendly policies, search them out before using this service! I won't be using them again. Look elsewhere for your tests, IMHO.

When you want or need lab work that your physician won't get you, or maybe you want to know the result before anyone else has to know, this is a great option. It's convenient (easy setup, then lab draws anywhere there's LabCorp or Quest), and fast, and reasonably priced. I've used them a dozen times or so over the years.

I've been using Private MD Labs since they were founded in 2008 to conveniently monitor my health vitals without having to schedule a doctor's visit. They have always been reliable and consistent. When I've had a problem, like today when I accidentally charged the tests to the wrong credit card, folks like Donna are easy to work with to remedy the issue quickly.
