"Great Light"

Great Light, great service and very prompt replies to a postal query. I now have 3 of these light which I use in my RLT clinic. Great wavelengths and the light itself does not get two hot, great when treating for brain health. My only suggestion is to do with shipping, my last light arrived in its original box with an address sticker stuck on. Please put it in a postal courier type bag so the contents are not visible. So may items go missing in the post and for the would be thief to see exactly what the item is just makes it easier to 'GO MISSING'.

"Great product and delivery"

I ordered the Bulb 4.0. It was delivered within a few days. The product is well designed and feels robustly built. I can already feel some benefits on my skin and my hair. My sleep has improved too. It is still too early to evaluate long-term effects but I would recommend it to anyone who feels red-light therapy can benefit them. The only thing I wish was available is some kind of support; the bulb is quite heavy and to hold it up for 15 minutes behind your head can be tiring. I work around it by using pillows but that is not the most stable solution.

I ordered the 3.0 bulb after reading through your excellent website. I have tried the bulb on a few clients, one thinks it has made her thyroid cysts less uncomfortable, and my own shoulder certainly feels better. I use homeopathic collagen for skin health so will be interested to see if it increases the results, using both methods together. I am a chiropractor in the UK.

"Lack of communication"

Faulty bulb received and was told they would arrange a collection. This never happened as they did not actually book the day they advised. I then tried to schedule this myself and the bulb wasn’t collected either by the courier service used by them. I also didn’t get a response within 24 hours so have emailed again for help. It’s a worry how this is going and not filling me with confidence to buy a larger or better model for therapy from this company. I have now asked for my refund while they figure out who and when can collect the faulty product. If I don’t hear back over the next 24 hours I’ll likely claim with the bank for my peace of mind as when a company is silent that’s when you need to worry. You replied to questions almost instantly pre sale… post sale it’s not looking great when you ignore people.
