I would give 10 stars to FlorPassion if I could!
My communication started with a Whatsapp message at 5 pm in the USA - 11 pm Italian time - and I did not expect an answer, of course, until the following day. Well, this was not the case! Laura responded within minutes and I was totally blown away! All I can say is that I am writing this review after only 36 hours and the flowers I ordered in Milan already reached my sister in Rome for her special birthday! Not only that: Laura was simply incredible. She knows that when you send flowers, you want to express an important feeling and she totally understands that. She sent me pictures of the composition I picked - you can trust what you see on the website because that is exactly what you get! -, she wrote my message on a nice card and wrapped the bottle of spumante beautifully to match the flowers arrangement. She followed the process of the delivery until the end sending me a message when the package had reached its destination. Within minutes, I got a picture of the arrangements and everything was perfect: What I saw is what I got!
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this incredible and unusual experience! Needless to say, you have gained my trust and my respect for being so professional!
