The company and our coordinators Margo and Terry have been very helpful and informative answering any questions and concerns we have had. Margo also organized a night out for families with Au pairs or thinking of working with the program, to meet up and speak, giving another perspective for our family to take in. It was great to hear about both peoples ups and downs with the experience. They have also been helpful and suggesting Au pairs for our family and giving us suggestions on thorough interviewing.

Great customer service and guidance. The program costs have gone up since we began. This will be our last year in the program because of that. However, we have had a fantastic experience with our au pairs so far. The program gave us a unique experience for childcare while allowing us and our children to experience another culture. Our au pairs have truly been like family.

It's been three weeks since we matched with a new au pair, and we still have no idea when she will arrive. No one is following up with her, no one has taken charge of coordinating the transition from the current au pair (who decided to leave early) to the new au pair.

Gleich nachdem ich mich online angemeldet habe, wurde ich von Cultural Care angerufen, unterstützt und über alle weiteren Schritte informiert! Somit war ich schon 2 Wochen später in meinem Matching-prozess! Eine große Hilfe waren sie beim Erlangen eines Visums, dem Finden einer Gastfamilie und den Flügen. Per Anruf oder über die LCC ist Culture Care immer zu erreichen! Ich hatte eine sehr gute Erfahrung!
