I've used Hostslim (hostslim-eu/VPSSLIM) for 5 months. Recently, they suspended my VPS with no warning. I'm unsure why and they haven't replied to my ticket for over 24 hours. Customer service is slow, often taking days to respond. With mediocre performance and better options available, I've moved my services elsewhere. Avoid them if you value your business

On June 27, I bought a Netherlands location dedicated server for one of our customers. On June 27, I bought a Netherlands location dedicated server for one of our customers. After purchasing, I contacted via skype and asked when it would be delivered and he told me it would be delivered within the day.



Finally on June 3rd the server was delivered but nothing was working properly. The operating system was not installed on the server.

I requested a refund and never received a refund.


Still no response about the refund.

This company is a total scam. I was planning on letting them host a server and paid in advance for a month. After exchanging some emails it became clear to me that they are quite incompetent and I resigned within 14 days.
After several reminders about paying me back and opening two support tickets, it became quiet from their side.
I decided to hire a collection agency but HostSlim simply denied they know me and didn’t pay me back until this day.
Avoid this company!

"My technical problem solved fastly"

I've got a fast and friendly response and help to my technical issue in the latest days. My problem has been solved correctly within one day. I have a small VPS with them more than a year ago usually without any major problems. Overall I'm satisfied with them :)

Haven't even been a customer for one month and my site has been down two times already for several HOURS! Support takes more then a day to respond, if they respond at all.

"Downtime & Blokkade mails sturen naar Outlook."

Eerste indruk was goed, tot op een paar dagen ik hulp nodig had wegens een blokkade op de Outlook, Hotmail en iCloud mail, eerste reactie was snel maar erna moest ik één dag wachten op reactie. Ik dacht oke, kan gebeuren wegens meerdere hostings hier last van hebben. 07-02-2023 Lag opeens directadmin down voor ongeveer 5 a 6 uur, in de ochtend gebeld maar geen reactie dus maar een livechat geopend, moest hiervoor een extra vraagteken sturen voordat ik een antwoord kreeg, meneer zei dat er mensen mee bezig waren maar toch duurde het nog een paar uur. Heel erg jammer dit, dacht hier een mooie tijd te kunnen hosting maar was toch gedwongen om terug te stappen naar mijn oude hosting provider.

Their Debian installer for dedicated servers doesn't work and their support is disaster failing to fix the issue and even failing to respond to tickets after days. They even didn't refund after failing to provide the ordered service.
