"This seems to be a Pattern"

I should have seen these reviews earlier. I bought 2 pairs of shoes and a belt on this site based upon youtube reviews and feedback saying these are one of the best places to purchase. Sadly, that was not the case at all.

Before ordering I wanted to ensure everything was in order, I asked Toni a very basic question, do they have the same colour belt to match the shoes. He said, yes same leather and same colour. Upon receiving the package, the belt colour was not the same. It was super dark and then he tried sending another and it was super light. English might be a problem here, as he can't tell the difference between same and similar. Other competitors don't have this issue. Also, don't expect a response for awhile, they are slow to respond as well.

As others mentioned, after he made a mistake and now wants me to pay for this mistake with time and money.

I would also say their shoes are okay at best, not particularly comfortable. If I could give this 0 stars I would. Thank you!

"Unreliable size table and refusal to exchange"

Buyer beware. First contacts with this firm were very pleasant... Until I received my order...

I asked if it was possible to have leather soles and this was not a problem at all. I used the size table on the website to order a pair of Scott II boots, I had my feet measured by an experienced shoemaker to be sure to choose the right size. When I received the TLB Mallorca boots they were too large, much longer than any other boots I have got from other makers (Crockett&Jones, Meermin,...). When I contacted the vendor to ask for a solution I was at once treated much less kindly than before ordering.
They told me that their boots and loafers should be bought in a smaller size than indicated in the size table on the website. Nothing on the website indicates this. They basically told me customers should not order in the webshop using the size table but first send an email to discuss fit etc. But when I read the other negatives reviews here I see even this is not a guarantee to receive fitting shoes. They won't in any way exchange the boots (435€) for the correct fitting size. So be very careful ordering from this maker as they admit their size table is unreliable for certain types of the shoes (boots, loafers) they sell and if what you receive doesn't fit they refuse to exchange or refund. In my case they use the fact that the shoe was made with a leather sole as the reason for this, but this is no ground to refuse an exchange as the problem is their size table that is not reliable.
So I would certainly advice anyone against having a customization. You don't know what they will send you and if there is a fit problem because of their own fault, they will refuse to exchange or refund.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. There are much better alternatives.

No shoe delivery service. UPS postal delivery company really has to pull its socks up. I had to drive to Norwich from Kings Lynn to pick up the parcel and pay for the import duties as the parcel wasn't delivered to my address today, when I asked for it. I was at home when a piece of paper was slipped through my letter box saying the parcel delivery was attempted. Really disappointed with the delivery system which makes it hard to get in touch with the courier using traditional email or telephone service.
On a brighter note, TLB Mallorca showed everything I had hoped for was true, regarding the design, overall quality, finishing details, comfort, shape and construction of these superb classic men's shoes. They are everything I wanted, absolutely perfect.

Habiendo otras marcas que ofrecen envío y devoluciones gratis optaré por lo extranjero, el problema no es el producto nacional sino el paleto empresario de siempre...

"bad shoes and company"

this company is the worst i sent pics of my feet and talked to guy on the phone shoes dont fit and he will not answer my email now dont buy from this guy.

update since i have left his review the seller has threatened me and swore to sue me if i dont take down the review i am generally scared of this seller buy at your own risk

"Simply great"

I own two pair of shoes from TLB's Artista line, a black half-brogue oxford with rubber sole (had to design them myself as TLB only offers them with leather sole), and a black derby again with rubber soles.
The quality is excellent, in my opinion higher than the somewhat more expensive but still very good Crockett & Jones I also own, their service great.
The only downside is that for the part of Europe I live in, TLB's shoes are only suitable for summer. For heavy winter shoes I go elsewhere (mainly English shoemakers).

"The star of my shoe collection"

Quality materials, exceptional craftmanship, and a great fit. Love the shoes!!! All reviews I've seen elsewhere claim this is the best shoe in the $400 to $500 price range and I agree. Toni, the owner, responded timely to all my emails and helped get the sizing right. Took 2 weeks to get from the time I ordered, which is quick, for shoes made to order.

"Disappointed"

Disappointed. After over a month of waiting, I received a pair of 392.56€ Artista boots that are defective. One would expect a better quality control at that price. Would send them back but I'm afraid by the time I receive a replacement, the winter will be over.
Nevertheless, they are very comfortable!
