"Lots of excuses not to work with us "

We were recommended HPS by our builders, but unfortunately we didn't have a good experience at the Portsmouth branch. We had to wait about 20 minutes despite having emailed to make an appointment, only to be told that there is a £50 charge per room for the CAD design, we needed mm measurements and not scale drawings, we wouldn't be able to make any choices as the designing takes hours and they wouldn't want to do the design because our builders may then put the order through at a different HPS branch. Basically a long list of excuses as to why he didn't want to help us. Very disappointed we weren't told any of this in advance as it would have saved us a trip with our severely disabled daughter.
